The Prize

The Club Barbados Resort & Spa is located on the prestigious platinum west coast of the island and offers guests an adult-only experience. There is plenty to enjoy with spacious accommodations, three freshwater swimming pools, water sports, two dining options, tennis, fitness center and more. This opportunity is for 7-10 nights (double occupancy) for three rooms (valued at $900 per room depending on dates of travel).

Please note: All reservations are subject to a required supplement of $125 per person/per night which provides all dining, all beverages (including alcohol), resort facilities, activities, service charges and gratuities. Does not include airfare. Must be redeemed by November 1, 2018.

The Cause

Your support of the Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation (SWCRF) Fund a Breakthrough Auctionwill fund cutting-edge cancer research.

The SWCRF is a pioneer in cancer research, and its mission is to eradicate cancer by funding collaborative-based research that identifies and corrects abnormal gene function that causes cancer. This research is the basis for developing minimally toxic treatments for patients.

More than 40 years ago, the SWCRF pioneered the concept of transparent collaboration between cancer scientists across not only research institutes, but also across cancer types. To receive funding from the SWCRF, cancer investigators must be willing to share their findings before being published so their SWCRF colleagues can benefit from shared knowledge in the quest for a cure.

To date, the Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation has awarded approximately $100 million to support the work of more than 200 researchers around the globe.
