About the artist

One of the most acclaimed artists in Italy and a key representative of the neo-futurist movement, Marco Lodola stands out for his distinct pop style that fuses art, design, film and music. Recognized for vibrant colors, Lodola's brilliant sculptures represent pop culture icons such as Lupine, Batman (2018) and Freddie Mercury (2018). Lodola was commissioned to create sculptures and installations for 400 Dior boutiques in 2021. He has also created scenography for events, films, music videos, album covers and stylists. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence and Milan.
