The Master Class includes a 3-hour hands-on Interactive Butchery Class with the Executive Chef and Head Butcher and a 3-course set menu. The Master Class will be held at the Macellaio Restaurant on Union Street, London.

Perfect for both beginners and experts, the Butchery Master Class is excellent for corporate bookings, special occasions or a great get together with friends and family.

The Head Butcher will take you behind the scenes of the Costa Method to discover how to dry age the meats in-house, revealing the important process of naturally enhancing the flavour and tenderness of meat. He will explain how enzymes work their magic and deepen the colour, relax the texture and intensify the flavours.
