The stunning 5* Ajala Spa at Grange St. Paul's Hotel in the heart of London is a luxury day spa offering an indulgent range of beauty and holistic therapies from Karin Herzog, Dermalogica, and Ajala Spa's own signature botanical range. You and a guest will enjoy a day of relaxation at the Ajala Spa with unlimited use of Health Club facilities, including the stylish pool, the Aroma Steam Room, Sauna and Jacuzzi. Each of you will be pampered into submission with a self-exfoliating Hammam, 30 minutes of classic back massage, a rejuvenating facial and half an hour in the Sun Therapy Lounge. Your relaxing day of delights also includes a light lunch and glass of Prosecco for the two of you. Available 7 days a week, the Spa’s normal opening hours are 07:00 - 21:00.

The Cause

Jodie Kidd and H4H want to beat the stigma around mental health in the military. Too many Veterans are coping with anxiety, depression and other everyday issues and a little support at the right time is all they need to get back on track. Over a crazy year, Jodie cycled 567 miles, climbed 19,341 feet with our wounded, injured and sick Heroes & took part in some weird and wacky fundraisers to raise £200k for the Help for Heroes Rebuilding Lives campaign. This will help the charity deliver its 1-year old Hidden Wounds mental health programme for Veterans and military families.
