Win an exclusive lunch at Antonio Guida’s 2-Michelin starred ‘Seta’ restaurant, which has rapidly become a “must-visit” destination in Milan.

Chef’s Table is offering a unique opportunity for two people to experience the beating heart of Seta’s restaurant kitchen. As front-row spectators, you will have a one-in-a-lifetime chance to watch the kitchen operations as well as the chef and his team execute their creative vision. What’s more, you will meet Seta’s multi-award-winning Executive Chef Antonio Guida who will guide you through your culinary journey.

Located in the hotel’s second courtyard, the timeless design of the restaurant is the perfect setting for the chef’s creations. Thanks to the large windows, the inner and outer spaces merge to give guests the opportunity to have an outdoor lunch even during the cooler seasons. The open-style kitchen allows guests to watch the busy chefs, thus turning the catering experience into a theatrical one.

The voucher is valid from May 3 2018 to May 3 2019, only upon booking. Travel expenses and additional costs will be charged to the winner of the auction.

The Cause

GLUT1 deficiency syndrome is a rare genetic disease caused by mutations in the SLC2A1 gene. This gene provides instructions for producing a protein called the glucose transporter protein type 1 (GLUT1). It is responsible for transporting glucose to the brain. When the brain is deprived of its main source of fuel, brain development and functioning are affected. Patients suffer from epileptic seizures, motor disorders and cognitive defects.

The Associazione Italiana GLUT1 Onlus is committed to helping all those affected by this disease.

Your contribution is very important to us because it allows us to carry on supporting scientific research projects. These projects are the only means for giving us hope that in the future there will be a definitive cure to this disease.
