The Prize

During your next meeting or event, why not have your team energised and motivated by a fun 15 min dance break and learn about the physical and mental benefits of dance too? Dance is scientifically proven to be the best activity for overall well being and is a fabulous way to get your team connected too.

Dance for Good is a not for profit social enterprise that provides energiser/icebreaker/team building dance breaks during your meetings to leave the team members motivated, positive, productive and connected too. Many prestigious companies already feature on their clients lists and the feedback is outstanding.

The dance break can be in person in your office (London area only) or online. All the revenue is obviously going to NSPCC Childline this time, but all of Dance for Good’s revenue is always used to fund free dance classes for various charities and underprivileged communities. Your team will dance for its own good, in the knowledge that they're doing good to other people too!

The Cause

All young people should feel safe, cared for, and listened to. But we know, for children who desperately need help, it’s often difficult to speak out.

Every day of the year, even Christmas Day, our unique Childline service – the world’s first ever helpline for young people – is here to help those young people find their voice, whatever their worry, online and on the phone.

Today, two children a minute contact Childline.

Some are going through the toughest times of their lives. They talk to us about problems they often feel they can’t talk to anyone else about.

Fortunately, many children found the courage to speak to us last year and get the help they need so they can take back control.

But this number puts a great strain on our services. It’s only with the support of people like you that Childline can continue to be there for the children who desperately need us so that they can look to the next day with hope and the knowledge that someone is on their side.
