If one had to describe wines in musical terms, Château Biac is the great symphony! When all the instruments (read grape varieties, plots, weather, etc.) combined play beautiful music destined to last.

Château Biac’s approach when blending their wines is to listen to what the vineyard and the vintage have produced in order to shape Château Biac.
Of this vintage Steven Spurrier wrote: “Crushed black berry fruit on the nose, showing perfectly the ripeness of the vintage, Merlot dominant, providing a marvellous mid-palate with a refreshing firmness from Cabernet Sauvignon.
