Save a Child’s Heart and Imperial College Healthcare

Save A Child’s Heart (SACH) is an international humanitarian organization based in Israel. Its mission is to improve the quality of paediatric care for children from developing countries by providing lifesaving heart surgeries. SACH also strives to create centres of competence in heart disease treatment in these developing countries through comprehensive training programs for doctors from these countries.

The Paediatric Diabetes Homecare Team provide a unique world class service to over 100 young people in West London, ranging from 2 to 19 years old. The team provides 1-1 support for young people and their families and money raised will help fund activity days, workshops and equipment to help support young people with diabetes.

Imperial Health Charity is the charity for Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust’s 5 hospitals in West London. They help their hospitals do more by funding research, equipment and improving the environment for their patients and hospital staff.
