Beat Leukemia Onlus

Beat Leukemia (BL) is a nonprofit organization established in 2007 and recognized by the Italian Government. Our mission is to: spread important information and facts regarding leukaemia and other oncohematological diseases in order to raise awareness; and  identify the most reliable institutions in each country that assist patients, recruit volunteers and support medical research in order to make their contacts available to all potential people in need of help or willing to offer their help to the cause. All BL resources are updated, easily understandable and translated by volunteers, so that anyone in the world will be able to find our website and read the articles in his or her own language.

Beat Leukemia is a Facebook page and a website translated in a growing number of languages (currently 14).

These two online platforms are a meeting place for patients, volunteers, associations and doctors with the goal of: giving/receiving psychological and practical support, patient-to-patient tips and encouragements on how to live day-by-day fighting cancer; informing people on the associations that fight blood cancers around the world, their current projects and events; keeping people updated on the latest research, facts and figures about blood cancers.
