Associazione Amici del "Centro Dino Ferrari"
Founded in 1984 by the engineer Enzo Ferrari, in memory of his son Dino, the Association "Centro Dino Ferrari" supports and promotes scientific research in the field of neuromuscular and neurodegenerative diseases, thanks to the help of generous donors. The Association "Friends of Centro Dino Ferrari”, is also recognized as an official foundation and was established within the Clinical Neurological Institute at the University of Milan, Fondazione I.R.C.C.S. Ca’ Granda Policlinico of Milan. Today, Honorary President Piero Ferrari continues the mission of his father Enzo, so that through the advancement and support of scientific research it is possible to defeat devastating diseases such as: Muscular Dystrophy, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Lateral Amiotrophic Sclerosis, Alzeimer’s disease, Parkinson’s Disease and Multiple Sclerosis.
