ASCS Onlus – Agenzia Scalabriniana per la Cooperazione allo Sviluppo

ASCS Onlus – Scalabrinian Agency for Cooperation and Development (Agenzia Scalabriniana per la Cooperazione allo Sviluppo) – is active in Italy and around the world since 2004 as the social, operative and cultural arm of the Congregation of the Missionaries of Saint Charles – Scalabriniani, working in the Giovanni Battista Scalabrini Region (Europe-Africa). The Scalabrinian Congregation, founded in 1887 by the Blessed John Baptist Scalabrini, has been operating for 130 years in 32 countries worldwide in favor of migrants and refugees.

ASCS Onlus is also an integral part of the Scalabrini International Migration Network (SIMN) that coordinates the different Scalabrinian realities in Italy and around the world.

We are present in Colombia, Ecuador, Philippines, Haiti, India, Italy, Mexico, Mozambique and South Africa with programs, projects and volunteers to support the missionary positions of the Scalabrinian Congregation.

We carry out programs and projects to support migrants, refugees and local communities, raising awareness on human mobility, training volunteers, working in network with other partners and organizing events and fund-raising initiatives.
