Born in Catania in 1961, the freelance photographer and graphic designer Tony Leone incorporates subjects from movies and recognizable artwork in his photos. These photos are a true artistic operation where the mix between photography and other arts (cinema, Pop art and photography itself) complement each other, creating a very personal irony and highly cultured language. He has won numerous prizes and awards at the national and international levels. Among the most significant are his exhibitions at the "Palace of Culture" in Catania, "Photoluxfest" in Lucca, "MarteLive Biennale" at Macro in Rome, and the "Art Takes Times Square" in New York. His images have aroused considerable interest and have been published in prestigious journals and photography sites such as Photo, Focus, Photoburst, National Geographic, and Repubblica.

The Cause

Cool Earth is an NGO that works with rainforest communities to halt deforestation and its effect on climate change.
