Who can register?
Only non-profit organisations can register and will need to provide their registered charity number or certificate of incorporation.
What are the costs?
Registration is free and there are no set monthly fees. If an auction sells, our standard fee is 20% (plus VAT and credit card fees). Payment is then made to the charity within 60 days.
Can I set the auction price?
Each charity can set the reserve price – if the auction does not reach the reserve, it will not be sold.
How else can I fundraise with CharityStars?
CharityStars also provides online raffles, silent auction technology for gala dinners and crowdfunding support.
Who takes care of delivery?
CharityStars arranges delivery, as well as customer support both during and after the auction closes.
What can I auction off?
Sport, music movie memorabilia, fashion experiences, luxury holidays, artwork, fine wines, VIP meet and greets... anything unique and priceless!
