Daniel Cuello is an Argentine by birth, an Italian by adoption, but mostly a cartoonist. In his blood there are about seven different nationalities. For years, he has challenged contemporary discontent by writing and drawing comics, satirical strips and a lot of bad old men. He is known not only for his illustrations, but also for his "real life moments", simple everyday situations seen with a critical and ironic eye that are collected in the volume Guardati dal beluga magico (Bao Publishing, 2018). In 2017, for Bao Publishing, he published his first graphic novel Residenza Arcadia and, in 2019, Mercedes, both works that were well received by the public and critics alike. He has also published for Becco Giallo, Baldini + Castoldi, De Agostini and others.
